01
Phone Assessment
You call 0127 159 4024 and describe the foam, the property and the deadline. We ask about access, roof type and whether a lender is involved. You get a realistic arrival window and a fixed price range on the call, usually within ten minutes.
02
On-Site Survey
We arrive, suit up in full PPE, and inspect the foam with a moisture meter and thermal imaging camera. We check whether it is open cell or closed cell, how far it has spread, and whether the timbers underneath are sound. You get the final price before any cutting starts.
03
Containment Setup
We seal the loft hatch and lay dust sheets, then set up a negative air machine and air scrubber so dust and isocyanate particles stay in the work zone. This is the step that keeps the rest of your house clean, and it takes about 30 minutes on a typical Barnstaple loft.
04
Foam Removal
We cut the foam with a spray foam removal saw and oscillating multi-tool, working back to clean timber. An industrial vacuum collects the debris as we go. A standard loft takes four to eight hours; larger roofs or cavity wall foam can run into a second day.
05
Clearance and Handover
We bag and remove all waste, wipe down surfaces, and re-check moisture levels. You get photos of the cleared timbers and a written summary for your lender or surveyor. We do not leave until the loft is clean enough to inspect.
